Join Luna of Inner Invocation and Nic Tufts of Heal My Hertz for an immersive journey into the depths of Divine Grief: Finding the Light in the Darkness

 This transformative journey will be hosted at the serene Our Celtic Hearth on Sunday December 10th, from 1-5pm.

We invite you to embark on an immersive exploration of grief, embracing the light within the shadows.

Guided by Nic and Luna, this unique experience will unfold over 3-4 hours, weaving together various elements to help you navigate the intricate landscape of grief. As you step into the ceremony space, we will ground and connect to ourselves, one another and orient to the space, the event will then kick off with a group opening, setting the tone for the journey ahead.

Throughout our time together, you will be guided through breathwork, movement, and self inquiry process curated to facilitate a free-flowing expression of emotions and remembrance. The communal reflection in circle is an invitation to cultivate a safe space within, providing a contained space for sharing and connecting with others to be held on this collective journey of healing.

The integration of grief takes centre stage as we delve into unlocking the spine from fear, working with the energy of the sun in Sagittarius and the moon in Scorpio, exploring the Sagittarius/Gemini axis. We will embrace the momentum of the downfall of the season, acknowledging the deep state of compression and depression, and fully accepting the present moment as a source of reprieve.

Honouring both the dark and the light, as we journey we invite you in to allow the light to shine in the darkness, embodying the essence of Sagittarius energy. Discover the magic of the present moment and learn to grieve life as you know it, supported by the integration process that offers tangible takeaways and integration techniques.

Meet the facillitators

Nicole Tufts

An esoteric astrologer and modern-day mystic with a hunger for uncovering life's hidden truths. The journey of a mystic is to dive deep into the unknown and return with translations that are liveable and most importantly practical!

On this journey Nic has followed the traditional pythagorean mystery school path including a 40-day water fast on Koh Phangan's shores and deep dives into the teachings of mentors like Sherry Edwards (Human Bio-Acoustics Ohio), Santos Bonacci (Master Astrologist, Syncretist and Astrotheologer) and Kēoni Hanalei - Mū Lemurian Esoteric Wisdom (ULŪ & Fern Medicine). Nic has spent a life in deep dedication to ritual, ceremony and decoding reality and is thrilled to be able to share these codes with the community!

During the ceremony Nic will be sharing the subtle art of esoteric spinal unlocking breathwork and mystic Ulū. The intention of this work is about freeing ourselves from the weight of fear, grief, and burdens using a deep understanding of the voltage and meaning of the gift of grief.

Luna

Luna Slipp- Green {Serpentine} (She/Her)

A child of the Earth, born and raised on Mi’kma’ki, Luna began her soul discovery work with an initiation through the death of her Father. This initiation brought her to find her own rendition of the way she viewed the world through travel and exploring various aspects of herself via dance, various cultures and art, workshops and mirrors of humans along the way. Luna feels called to show up in her authentic self through vulnerability, heart-centred connection and ritual. She has always had an affinity for nature and is humbled by the power of interconnection and interdependence within this world, it is a song to her soul.

Lunas path has led her to be deeply involved in Womens Work and circles for all, guiding and participating in circles,  journeys and workshops around the world. She has been participating in workshops for many cycles and facilitating for three years (special thanks to one of her  teachers, Dr.Liesl Gini). With reverence for the alchemy of grief, Luna is currently in an apprenticeship with guide Narinder Bazen to become a Death Doula. Luna has a passion and great respect for the importance of the Nervous System, mindful movement and embodied work. She feels creating safe and contained spaces to be pertinent to dive into ones own inner world. She is a student of life, a devotee to nature, a poet , a Somatic Attachment Practitioner and author of “33 Birds- Messages Unheard” an ode to griefs ability to bring you closer to life itself.  Luna feels a full being desire to create and gather in ritual and circular settings.

During the ‘Divine Grief’ Journey, Luna will guide us in and through the body by guided movement, somatic meditation & guided prompts for self reflection and self inquiry with hopes of coming deeper into interconnection with ourselves, our grief, our varied parts , those around us and spirit.
